Our signature boxing fitness class! These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness & boxing skills. These boxing circuits allow you to work at your own pace, whilst still enjoying the energy and fun of a group environment!

9Rnds @ 9am

The ideal class to target all areas! Classes are set around a varied 9 working rounds, with a mixture of resistance training and boxing for cardio. Looking for toned lean legs, butt, abs and arms?! Then this is the class for YOU!!

Boxing & Conditioning

Join us for a whole body workout! Class consists of Boxing for cardio, and weights for strength & conditioning. Suitable for all levels!


Boxing classes are for those looking to gain a better understanding of boxing as a skill – not just for fitness. Incorporating padwork, footwork skills, defensive maneuvers & sparring drills.


The perfect class to compliment your boxing training. This small group class – which is capped to ensure you receive individual attention – is held in our fully equipped weights room. Under the watchful eye of your Coach you will be guided through weighted movements. Looking to increase strength & build muscle – then look no further.
