WERE YOU SHIT AT SPORTS TOO?

I was the chubby kid growing up, I was shit at athletics, always had a sick note on carnival day or was busy hiding behind the toilets smoking🤣. I was okay at netball & tennis and really enjoyed those activities - because of these 2 things;

  • I had coaches who made these activities fun!

  • I got to do them with my friends!


Well fast forward approx 20 or so years (give or take😉) and not much has changed haha! I still love doing movements/exercise/activities where I have a Coach who makes it fun, supports, encourages, educates and guides me - and I LOVE training with like-minded people who bring their energy, their enthusiasm and who I just love being around!! 

Joining a gym isn't all about being the fittest, the fastest the strongest, the most talented, its certainly NOT about “being in shape”  - being a part of a gym is about being supported, motivated, encouraged, celebrated and having a sense of belonging….albeit YOU still have to actually show up and do the work to get results - but we want to make showing up as easy and enjoyable as possible! 


So if you haven't found something that provides this for you - come and see me…maybe I can help! And if you are already a part of the SkyBox Fam, but have a friend or family member who needs a little encouragement…forward them this blog!
